BLIS stands for Black Liberation-Indigenous Sovereignty. We are a cross-movement Solidarity & Action Hub that braids narratives and grows movements to win policy and shift culture.

For centuries, our economic systems have extracted from Black, Indigenous, and working-class communities while keeping our communities divided. BLIS exists to braid us back together. To repair the damage done to Black and Indigenous people and create a future where all people, no matter their identity, can live freely and fully.
